All LifeInception™ products are delivered electronically as digital downloads or digital access. No physical goods are shipped.

Refund Position

We encourage you to review the product descriptions and any available previews before completing your purchase. If you have questions about a product prior to purchase, please contact us at info@lifeinception.com.

EU / UK Withdrawal Rights

For customers in jurisdictions that provide statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights for digital content (including European Union and United Kingdom customers): where you expressly consent to the delivery of digital content beginning immediately upon purchase, and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be affected in accordance with applicable law, such withdrawal rights may not apply once digital access has been granted.

Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Technical Issues

If you are unable to access or download a product due to a technical issue on our part, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Duplicate Purchases

If you believe you have been charged twice for the same product, please contact us with your order details. Duplicate purchase cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact LifeInception™ directly at info@lifeinception.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns promptly and professionally.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to purchased products and may affect your ability to purchase from LifeInception™ in the future.
