LifeInception™ was not born from my professional experience. It was born from my personal one.
Who I am
For more than two decades I have worked in leadership, business development, personal growth and human behaviour.
I have worked across more than 70 countries, with people from more than 22 nationalities, across five continents.
Over the years I have trained, coached, mentored and supported hundreds of people through professional development, personal transformation and life transitions.
But LifeInception™ was not born from my professional experience. It was born from my personal one.

The turning point
There was a period in my life when panic attacks, anxiety, emotional overwhelm and inner chaos became stronger than my ability to simply "push through".
Like many people, I searched for answers.
Psychology, nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, leadership, energy work, spiritual practice.
I applied what I learned. I built routines. I changed habits. I worked on myself.
Many times. Until something shifted in how I understood what was actually happening.
And eventually I discovered something important:
Insight alone is rarely enough.
People often know what is happening. They understand their patterns. They understand their wounds. They understand what they should do.
But in the moment when fear, panic, overwhelm or resistance takes over, knowledge alone is not enough.

LifeInception™ was created to bridge that gap.
